Finished working on the Mini last night for the Hot Rod Power Tour.  Prep included new hoses, thermostat, oil change, new shocks and all that. Will be driving it approx. 2000 miles next week. Drove it to work today (30 miles) and it drove just fine at highway speeds. I still need to clean it and I don’t know why the horn isn’t working, but I will have time to sort it out.

I do too. It is a crazy car to drive on modern roads. It also shows how insanely large today’s cars are.

It’s not too bad. 35 min into work and 45-55 home. Mostly all 285.  I listen to podcasts.

Im 50 miles south on Indy, I’ll definitely drive up to Indy to meet an Oppo. Chariot is also gonna be in Indy this week and of course Jeepin is there as well. I sense a mini Oppo meet!

My dad’s commute is 1.5 hours or so, and people say he has a long drive. The airport is accessed by 278 instead of an Interstate from these parts, so travel time is considerably longer.
